FellowshipLIFE in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide hands-on care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a compassionate, professional staff to support aging adults.

Ideal candidates hold an NJ LPN license with at least 2 years of geriatric care experience, possess CPR/BLS, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
