Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our geriatric care team. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support residents and families with compassion.

Work with a clinical team in a fast-paced setting, document changes, educate families about health maintenance, and assist with daily living activities. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high quality care and safety for

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the state.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
