Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our geriatric care team. The role focuses on administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting residents and families with compassionate care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced facility, document patient conditions, and participate in care plans to improve quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana.
• No finding in the registry for abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.
• Ability to multitask and make quick judgments.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team.
• Experience in long-term or assisted living is a plus but not required.
