Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group in Ohio is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our geriatric care team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and provide compassionate emotional support to residents.

You will collaborate with a dedicated nursing staff in a fast-paced setting, educate residents and families on health maintenance, and report changes to the supervising nurse to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license in the state.
• Must have no findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
