Foresthills Place Assisted Living in Cleveland Heights seeks a caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and support residents and families in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are licensed LPNs, with experience in nursing homes or assisted living, who can collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the state.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make quick decisions.
• Able to foster good resident and family relationships.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a Nursing Home or Assisted Living Facility.
