Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a licensed practical nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long‑term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Accurately record resident observations and follow care plans in PCC.
• Make rounds with a physician to evaluate symptoms and adjust interventions.
• Provide preventive, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care.
• Administer medications and monitor for contraindications as prescribed.
• Schedule appointments, therapies, and consultations; document in the schedule.
• Monitor and assist CNAs with resident care activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
