The LPN serves as an advocate and promote self-advocacy. He or she provides personal supports and services based on individual needs. As an LPN, you’ll ensure the health and well-being of individuals in a residential setting while providing clinical leadership to staff during your shift. You’ll deliver direct care, support community engagement, and help individuals build independence, relationships, and a fulfilling life.
