Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join a Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Expect $37-$39/hour, per diem shifts, and access to Same-Day or Next-Day Pay with RapidPay Card.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
