Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team serving facilities throughout Hampton Roads. The role offers competitive pay between $37 and $39 per hour with same-day or next-day pay options through RapidPay, plus flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time hours.

Requirements include an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based nursing experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD.

Qualifications

• PPD within the last year

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
