Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads.

You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate care with the healthcare team. Active LPN license, 1 year of facility experience, and current BLS/CPR are required. Per diem schedule with same- or next-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
