Job summary

- Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, and/or behavioral status and report significant changes to the Supervisor and Physician.
- Transcribe physicians' orders, carry out physicians' orders, document in residents' medical records, obtain specimens for lab testing, and assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.

Possession of a current Louisiana Practical Nurse license, a temporary permit, or a multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state.

This position offers $28.00 hourly plus shift differential pay, with rates varying based on shift, day, and holiday schedules.
