Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license in the state, be comfortable with medication administration, patient care, and documentation, and be proficient with EHR/digital charting. Growth and strong teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
