Job summary

Quality Talent Group currently seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patients, and implementing care plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
