Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Order, manage, and monitor medications, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Provide wound care and other clinical treatments as assigned.
• Accurately document resident conditions, treatments, and responses.
• Maintain strict resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
