Job summary

Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. You will administer medications, follow physician orders, and support resident-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional care delivery
• Order, manage, and monitor medications, medical supplies, and equipment
• Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Provide wound care and other clinical treatments as assigned
• Accurately document resident conditions, treatments, and responses
• Maintain strict resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the State of Florida
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
