Concierge Home Care in West Palm Beach is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide compassionate, in-home nursing care across Palm Beach County. The role emphasizes assessment, care planning, medication management, and patient education, with strong support from clinical supervisors and a team dedicated to quality, independent patient care.

You will work in patients' homes, collaborating with families and other health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes and comfort for those you serve.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Florida LPN License (required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• IV Certification (required).
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred).
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.
