Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Stevens Correctional Center in Welch, WV. Opportunities exist for day, evening, and night shifts to support care for justice-involved patients.

You’ll administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with daily living activities, provide wound care, and participate in care planning with RNs and providers. Eligible candidates have an active LPN license, CPR, and 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in corrections.

Formación

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients

What You'll Need
