Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Salem Correctional Center in Industrial, West Virginia. You will work under RNs and medical providers to deliver hands-on care to a vulnerable population. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, taking vital signs, and documenting care. Active LPN license and CPR are required; correctional experience preferred. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

What You’ll Need
