Job summary
Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. This is a Full Time position with a 3P-11P shift and opportunities to impact resident care daily.
Walk-in interviews are welcome Monday-Thursday 11am-4pm. Take a virtual tour of our facility and learn more about benefits including Daily Pay, health coverage, PTO, and a 401K. Join us to support residents with compassionate, professional nursing care.
Qualifications
- Current NY State LPN license required.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
Responsibilities
- Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Help residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor intake and output of residents.

NEW DAILY PAY APP- GET PAID EVERY DAY
- Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
