Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, evening, and night options to suit your schedule.

You will administer medications, provide direct nursing care, document patient conditions, and help educate residents and families. The role supports clinical excellence and patient-first care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
