Job summary
Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a role in a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The position supports direct patient care across day, evening, and night shifts in full-time, part-time, or PRN arrangements.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management and communication skills.
- Familiar with EHR and digital charting systems.

- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
