Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts are available.

You will administer medications, perform basic nursing care, document care plans, and support residents with compassion. New grads are welcome; daily pay and flexible schedules help you balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Proficient in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
