Job summary

Nexus at Godfrey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality resident care, assess needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team in our Illinois facility. Shift: 2:30pm to 10:30pm, part time.

You will administer medications, monitor progress, document findings, and educate residents and families on health conditions and post-care instructions. Preferred candidates hold an Illinois LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of long-term care

Qualifications

• Illinois LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care environment.
