Rolling Hills Health & Rehab in Topeka, KS is seeking an LPN to join our team. You will provide care per care plans and collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and staff.

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient’s care.
