Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Central Maryland Correctional Facility in Sykesville, MD. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.

Requirements include a Maryland LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of LPN experience in outpatient, hospital, or long-term care settings; corrections experience is preferred. Evening shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice.
• Under direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff, respond to physical and behavioral health needs.
