Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Metropolitan Transition Center (MTC) in Baltimore, MD. The role includes providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of RNs and medical staff.

Available shift is Nights as a full-time position. Requirements include an active Maryland LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and a preference for candidates with corrections experience.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LPN license required.
• 1 year LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and clinical staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Utilize appropriate scope of practice within medical team and facility protocols.
• Possess ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.
