Job summary

Hillside Health & Rehabilitation in Missouri seeks a compassionate LPN to care for residents and support the nursing team. The role emphasizes empathy, patient-centered care, and adherence to facility protocols.

You will lead CNAs and coordinate care plans, participating in rounds and care documentation. The position requires an LPN license and a commitment to high-quality resident care, with opportunities for telemedicine and family-centered coordination within the Mayo Clinic program

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
