Job summary

Interim HealthCare Eastern Dakotas is seeking experienced LPNs for PRN, part-time and full-time roles across South Dakota locations.

You will administer medications, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals and provide wound care in long-term care and assisted living settings. Flexible shifts include days, evenings, nights, with weekly pay and on-call support.

Active SD LPN license or multi-state eligibility is required; must be 18+; CE credits offered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• LPN experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN or contract staffing in long-term care facilities and/or assisted living settings.
• Aide with daily activities and mobility.
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Check vitals and observe patient for changes in care needs.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings

• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
