Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Henry, SD and surrounding areas. Positions include PRN, part-time, and full-time staffing across long-term care and assisted living settings.

Pay rate ranges from $40 to $42+ per hour, paid weekly. Shifts available include DAYS, EVES, and NOC with various shift lengths. On-call support and access to continuing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license within South Dakota or multi-state eligibility.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities or assisted living.
• Aide with daily activities and ambulation.
• Pass medications, provide treatments, and wound care.
• Check vitals and observe for changes requiring care adjustments.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license withinSouth Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
