Job Summary:

Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our care team. This is a hands-on nursing role responsible for medication administration, insulin management, and providing floor supervision to caregiving staff. If you're a dependable LVN who enjoys working directly with residents and supporting a caregiving team, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and insulin per physician orders and facility protocols
• Supervise caregivers on the floor to ensure quality care and timely resident assistance
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes in condition to appropriate personnel
• Support resident care plans and communicate with families when necessary
• Assist with documentation related to medications and care delivery
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
• Respond to emergencies and follow proper procedures
• Help maintain a positive and respectful work environment

Qualifications:

• Active LVN license in the state of California (Required)
• Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior care preferred
• Competence in medication and insulin administration
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
• Able to pass background and reference checks
