Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Saint James, NY is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and help implement individualized care plans to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
