Quality Talent Group is helping a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers recruit Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full- and part-time roles. Days, evenings, and weekends are available, with daily pay options and supportive on-site teams dedicated to patient-first care.

We seek licensed LPNs able to administer medications, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
