As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with us, you'll be at the heart of delivering top-notch healthcare services tailored specifically to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with May Institute interdisciplinary team, including clinicians, therapists, and direct support staff creating personalized treatment plans for our individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Monitor individuals throughout the day, providing care for chronic and acute illnesses or injuries.
• Skillfully administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals.
• Forge relationships with external healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and specialists to ensure seamless, integrated care.
• Use organizational skills to maintain meticulous records of progress and treatment interventions, ensuring healthcare records remain in compliance with state regulations.
• Sharpen your skills and share your expertise with trainings for direct care staff in the classrooms to provide optimal care based on individual needs.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
