Sweetwater Care in Pueblo, CO is seeking compassionate LPNs/LVNs to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing setting. Full-time and PRN shifts available, with a pay rate of $28.00-$38.00 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, care planning, direct resident care, documentation, and collaboration with nurses and departments to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

This position to ensure that quality care is delivered through monitoring of staff performance, physician contact, care planning and daily resident observation. This position also provides direct care to residents. All this is done according to nursing standards of practice, standard procedures, and established State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
