Job summary

Community Care Physicians' Saratoga Medical Associates office seeks a Full-Time LPN for a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Eligible for a recruitment/retention bonus up to $3,500.

Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package in a professional, team-oriented setting. Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Experience as LPN in a medical practice or as MA/Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintains confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in assessment and assistance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines and record them.
• Document verbal conversations with patients where appropriate.
• Document information into patient records accurately and timely.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits according to office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens from patients as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders accurately into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed (PFT, EKG, nebulizer, injections)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Our Saratoga Medical Associates office is looking for a Full-Time LPN to join their team! This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
