Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Bremerton, WA, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled, in-home care to former atomic energy workers and other patients under our mission-driven, nurse-led team.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care accurately, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with DOL, CMS, and state rules. WA LPN license and CPR are required; driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$35.00 - $42.00

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
