Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in White Rock, NM invites a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nurse-led team delivering in-home, patient-centered care to former atomic energy workers and related communities.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, provide skilled nursing, accurately document care and observations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with DOL, CMS, and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NM.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
