Job summary

Shawn Manor Nursing Home in Ponca City, Oklahoma is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs.

We offer PTO, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a longevity bonus, plus a $300 referral bonus. Shift is 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay of $32.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
• LPN licensure in good standing required.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
