Job summary

CareOne is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. This Morris SNF location welcomes new graduates and offers multiple shift options: 7 AM–3 PM (FT and Per Diem), 3 PM–11 PM (Per Diem), and 11 PM–7 AM (FT and Per Diem).

You will coordinate nursing processes, deliver care per the resident's care plan and regulatory standards, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff in your area. Current NJ LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to your care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident’s nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervise administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of your respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
