Job summary

360 Support Inc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide bedside care under the supervision of an RN or physician in Maryland. The role includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting patient progress, and performing wound care.

You will also assist with ADLs, catheter care, and specimen collection to support patient health and safety. Compensation is flexible (PRN/Full-Time/Part-Time), with opportunities for collaboration within long-term care or outpatient

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
• Active LPN license issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or valid Compact LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care, outpatient clinic, or sub-acute facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect clinical data, record vital signs, and report changes to supervising RN.
• Administer approved oral, topical, and intramuscular medications and routine wound dressings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene needs.
• Place and monitor urinary catheters, collect laboratory specimens, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Reinforce discharge instructions and wellness guidance established by the care team.

What we’re looking for
