Job summary

Meadow Falls Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team caring for senior residents. The role offers $28.00–$30.00 per hour in full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules within a warm, home-like environment.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, record vital signs, and support families and the healthcare team with professional, empathetic care every day.

Qualifications

• Current LPN License is required.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
