Meadow Falls Senior Living group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Assisted Living community in Kentucky. Join a compassionate team where you will provide exceptional care and support to senior residents.

Competitive pay between $28.00 - $30.00 per hour along with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

About the Role:

As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you will have the opportunity to make a difference where it matters most. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes, taking and recording vital signs, assisting with daily care needs, documenting care accurately in resident charts, communicating with families and the healthcare team, and providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents.
