Job summary

Callen-Lorde is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our integrated team in New York, NY. As an LPN, you will assist primary care providers, provide general nursing care, and support triage and patient services with empathy and professionalism.

You will work three opening shifts from 8am-5pm, two evening shifts from 12pm-9pm, and a rotating Saturday shift from 9am-3pm once per month, contributing to a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• New York State LPN License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong computer competency.
• Two years experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Experience serving Callen-Lorde's target populations preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist primary care providers in delivering patient care services.
