Description

Latham Medical Group is looking for an enthusiastic LPN to join their team! This is a large family practice located in our new building Wellness Way. Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends. Open to part-time hours.

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient records accurately and promptly.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits as required.
• Obtain specimens (urine, blood, etc.) as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders into the lab system accurately and timely.
• Perform clinical procedures such as PFT, EKG, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and immunizations.
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients as per provider’s instructions.

Salary range: $21.75 - $31.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience or related roles such as Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical records management.
• Assessment and assistance skills.
