Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with Day, Evening, Night shifts are available.

New grads are welcome; daily pay option available; flexible schedules. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, implement and evaluate care plans, record vital signs, supervise other nursing personnel, and educate residents, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
