Job summary

Cook Hospital & Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Long-Term Care Unit. We have both full-time and part-time openings with 8-hour shifts and every other weekend off. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus, PTO, sick leave, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Wages for 2026 are posted at $27.12-$35.43 per hour, with raises and retirement plans. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and high-quality health services.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Availability for full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Long-Term Care Unit.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes.
• Administer medications and coordinate with nursing team.
