This position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Candidates should be able to adapt to varying business needs while maintaining consistent weekly hours.
You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. You will follow guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provide center‑level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).

U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $25.60 - $35.20 per hour. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, experience, and location, and will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. U.S. based employees are also eligible to accrue up to 80 hours of sick time and new hires up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
