Job summary

Interim HealthCare offers Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunities across long-term care and assisted living settings in South Dakota. Various shifts—days, evenings, nights—are available with weekly pay and flexible contract options for PRN, part-time, and full-time roles.

The LPN duties include medication administration, wound care, daily activity assistance, vitals, and patient monitoring to ensure quality care and safety for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.
