IMCS Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support occupational health activities on the 2nd shift in Marshall, MO. The role includes health education, employee health services, and compliance oversight.

You will work under a registered nurse, develop care plans per standing orders, and participate in safety and ergonomics training. Industrial health experience is a plus; a valid LPN/LVN license is required.

Competenze

• 6 months to 1 year of LPN/LVN experience.
• Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse license (or equivalent in other geographies).
• Background from home health, med surg, or orthopedics preferred (industrial).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule: 2nd shift hour shift: M-F (Training periods: 1-2 week on first shift)

Pay Rate: $20 to $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and education, employee health services and compliance.
• Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.
• Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.
• Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.
• In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.
• Assist with occupational health programs.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience:

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of experience working as a LPN/LVN.
• Background from home health, med surg, or Ortho(plus), Preferred (industrial)
• Licensed practical nurse or vocational nurse or equivalent in other geographies
