WyndRidge Health & Rehabilitation in Crossville, TN is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our clinical team. Shifts available: every other weekend, 7 PM–7 AM, with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain resident information confidentiality and follow all policies.
• Record and review patient history, vitals, and condition.
• Coach staff as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in TN
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
